Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong consulting background at a top-tier firm. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in healthcare consulting, paired with advanced technical skills in Tableau and Python for data analysis and reporting. This role will be pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making through the development of complex financial models, business insights, and data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large financial datasets to extract key business insights and trends
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau for executive-level reporting
• Utilize Python to develop scripts for data querying, cleaning, and predictive modeling
• Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and strategy to deliver actionable recommendations
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis projects
• Translate complex financial data into executive-ready presentations and narratives
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of manual reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Strong command of Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proven track record of driving insights that influence business strategy
