Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business growth. If you’re passionate about numbers and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.What You'll Be Doing:Transform and analyze large, complex data sets representing transactional, financial data, and player behavior to uncover actionable insights.Deliver proactive recommendations to stakeholders across product, commercial, and technical disciplines to shape optimization and enhance KPIs.Build and maintain automated dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance trends.Deliver in-depth researches to check against various business hypotheses and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate across teams to drive data-informed decisions for product improvements.Own multiple data projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Contribute to data literacy growth and advancement across the company.What You’ll Bring:4+ years of analytical experience, ideally in the iGaming, gaming or video streaming industry.Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.Solid expertise in data visualization, including tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.A proactive data-driven mindset with curiosity, experience in daily reporting, and insights generation.Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to all stakeholders, regardless of their data skills.A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to work.Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with ClickHouse and Python (or other scripting languages).Understanding of iGaming market, game provider business model and relevant metricsExperience with tools like Redash and Confluence.Enthusiasm for learning and personal projects in data analytics or machine learning.What We Offer:Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses.Unlimited paid vacation and sick leave.Opportunities for professional growth through training programs.
