Senior Data Analyst

Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, who can take analytical requirements from concept to polished dashboard. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping data-driven insights for our clients by developing new dashboards and auditing existing ones for quality, performance, and consistency. Primary Responsibilities Translate requirements into interactive, insightful dashboards using Tableau Write optimized SQL/BigQuery queries to power clean, scalable visualizations Audit and improve existing dashboards for performance, usability, and standardization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and business questions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices in reporting Learn and adopt new tools (e.g., Amplitude) quickly when needed Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Work comfortably and respectfully in environments aligned with religious missions or values Some Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Advanced SQL/BigQuery skills with ability to write efficient, complex queries Expert-level Tableau proficiency (calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, actions) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset Comfortable navigating new tools and adapting to fast-changing environments Respectful and professional when working with religiously-oriented organizations Where We're Looking For It: Latin America or United States Open to 100% Fully Remote Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
