What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strengthen customer relationships by providing exceptional support and being the face of the employer with customers
- Analyze data to understand customer engagement, identify product enhancements, and promote user adoption
- Track customers' value, retention, and satisfaction to expand the employer's footprint
- Partner with employer customers to establish and execute communication strategies maximizing impact
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to innovate on products and deliver value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of customer success experience
- Experience with carriers, brokers, benefits admin/ben tech providers, or direct-to-employer relationships
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear, empathetic, and proactive communicator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP experience is a plus
