If you're a seasoned solutions architect with a track record of owning customer relationships and driving adoption and expansion, we want to hear from you. **What You Will Do** As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect at arenaflex, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers on the arenaflex Platform. In this individual contributor role, you will work with customers using our arenaflex Secure and arenaflex Monitor product offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: * Driving adoption and expansion within our customers from a technical angle, from onboarding to implementation and technical enablement * Understanding the customer's requirements, challenges, and what business outcomes and value they are expecting in their arenaflex journey * Working closely with our Product Managers to heavily influence the product roadmap * Regular customer visits across EMEA every 4 to 8 weeks **What You Will Bring with You** To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience: * Excellent English language and ability to work in remote and international teams * Track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities * 10+ years of experience as a solutions architect, field engineer, or similar customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering, or DevOps consultant, having worked with SaaS companies * Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud * 10+ years of experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting. Familiarity with security and monitoring such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus **What We Look for** We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in customer-facing roles.
