What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing questions and payment options
- Process adjustments, refunds, and manage billing inquiries
- Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
- Maintain a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and provide updates to leadership
- Adhere to compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to train for the first six weeks, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with medical terminology
- Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare-related information for customers
