Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
