Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and providing sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries. You will handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally, redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary, and follow up with callers on complaint/question status to ensure resolution. Key Responsibilities

Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary, ensuring that all customers receive the support and guidance they need.
Follow up with callers on complaint/question status, ensuring that all issues are resolved and that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
Collaborate with call center team members and other arenaflex departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction, ensuring that all customers receive a consistent and exceptional experience.
Perform duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.


Education and Experience Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of one year of call center experience. You will also need to have helpful, friendly customer service experience, and be able to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time. The ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions, use good judgement and be resourceful to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers, and know when to refer a caller to a different department or supervisor when necessary, are also essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Ability to multitask, documenting all calls, sending emails and/or faxes to callers, and performing any follow-up work promised to a caller.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate computer systems and software applications with ease.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance goals and objectives.
