* A competitive hourly rate of $23.23-$25.81 per hour, with an annual salary of $46,800-$52,000, commensurate with your experience
* A $1,500 sign-on bonus for those with a Personal Lines license (ask your recruiter for more details!)
* A $1,000 completion incentive after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)
* 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
* 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts

**Qualifications & Skills**

* The ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
