Key Responsibilities:
Ā Support our contact center by taking incoming calls from current policyholders and providing excellent service.
Ā Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ā 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience required.
Ā Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, active listening, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
Ā Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Ā Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.
Ā Open to feedback to support performance and development.
Ā Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
Ā Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Education/Certifications:
Ā An associate's degree or higher (preferred).
Ā Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred).
