Weâre looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team in San Francisco.In this role, youâll lead how we tell our customer stories across written content, video, speaking programs, integrated campaigns, and more. Youâll work cross-functionally to embed customer proof across the funnel, own our reference and referral engines, and make Zipâs customers the face of our brand.This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn customer success into strategic advantage.Please note we're looking for someone who is willing and able to come into our downtown San Francisco or New York office on a hybrid basis (3 days /week).What Youâll DoCreate compelling customer stories, videos, and ROI case studies that demonstrate Zipâs impact. Ensure every story is results-oriented, showcasing real ROI and business outcomes.Own the customer speaker program across Zip Forward, Executive Summits, webinars, trade shows, and partner eventsBuild and maintain a central database of customer advocates, stories, and speaker assetsBuild and manage a robust customer reference program in partnership with sales and customer successLaunch and lead Zipâs first-ever customer referral programIdentify and secure top customers to feature in major product launches and integrated marketing campaignsPartner with content, performance, and lifecycle marketing to showcase customer proof across the buyer journeyCollaborate with brand and creative teams to feature customers prominently in design, advertising, and OOHWork with the Community team to support the Customer Advisory Board and broader community programsWhat You Bring5â8+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B SaaS marketing rolesProven success developing and scaling customer programs that drive both brand impact and revenueExperience managing customer speaker programs across events and channelsStrong storytelling skills with a focus on business outcomes and ROICross-functional collaboration skills across sales, customer success, creative, and marketing teamsA builder mindset with the ability to drive strategy and execute with precisionDeep understanding of the customer journey and how advocacy fuels growthAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentThe salary range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000.
