**Responsibilities**

As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, issue resolution, and product guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Using engineering tools, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify and report product defects, and drive product improvements
* Developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge of careerzynith services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings
* Communicating complex technical concepts to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the software industry or equivalent knowledge
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including careerzynith services
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or C#
