As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Intelligence team, responsible for harnessing data assets to uncover new insights and develop strategic recommendations that enhance the Guest Experience. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, project management, and communication skills, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Influence**: Collaborate with Senior Executives and partners to develop strategic business cases for Customer Experience initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. * **Analytics**: Leverage data to initiate key workstreams, prioritize projects, develop a Customer-centric roadmap, and make insightful data-driven recommendations to improve the Guest Experience. * **Customer Experience Storyteller**: Translate data into actionable insights, proposing points of view on potential business impacts and supporting customer experience, product, pricing, forecasting, planning, and marketing decisions. * **Project Management**: Support cross-functional stakeholders to gather business analysis requirements, develop project plans, and proactively communicate progress and changes. * **Financial**: Contribute to the development of key inputs for long-term and annual operating plans that support key Customer Experience Initiatives. * **Industry Knowledge**: Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and customer dynamics through collaboration with Consumer Insight Measurement and Analytics (CIMA). **Essential Qualifications & Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or analytical-related roles * Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau * Solution-oriented, creative problem-solving skills with high intellectual curiosity * Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and proactively communicate status to stakeholders * Demonstrated competency in data collection, design, data analysis, data quality control, and database file management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and craft concise recommendations * Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions * Proactive thinking and the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment * Independently manage workload, providing updates on deliverables and value of work **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience working on an analytics team and knowledge of arenaflex data and business processes are highly desirable. **Education** A Bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics-related field is required. **Work Environment & Company Culture** As a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
