• Own campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting, proactively managing risks and resolving blockers to ensure successful execution
• Translate internally approved briefs into actionable campaign strategies, ensuring alignment to performance benchmarks and broader brand goals
• Act as a senior point of accountability on campaigns, providing guidance and quality oversight across all workstreams Maintain clear, timely communication with the Client Services team throughout the campaign lifecycle, flagging risks and updates with sufficient lead time to avoid client-facing impact

Creator Sourcing & Talent Management
• Lead the sourcing, vetting, and recommendation of creators aligned to campaign strategy, target audience, and performance goals
• Own outreach and negotiation with talent agencies and creators directly, securing commercially sound partnerships
• Oversee creator onboarding, contracts, deliverable management, and relationship development, maintaining a high standard of partner experience
• Build and maintain a strong network of creator and agency relationships to support pipeline development across the business

Content Review & Compliance
• Own the content review process, ensuring all creator output meets brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and platform policies to a consistently high standard
• Manage feedback and revision cycles with a focus on achieving first-pass approvals and minimising revision rates
• Proactively identify compliance, brand safety, and reputational risks, escalating to Client Services where appropriate and implementing preventative measures

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Paid Media, Experiential, Creative, and Talent teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Partner closely with the Client Services team as the primary internal interface, ensuring campaign execution is fully aligned to client expectations and brief requirements
• Share performance insights and learnings proactively to elevate campaign strategy across the wider team

Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Ensure accurate and complete campaign documentation, creator records, and reporting within Click's internal systems
• Take ownership of identifying gaps in existing processes and drive the development of improved workflows, templates, and operational standards
• Lead post-campaign reporting and insights analysis, delivering complete reports to Client Services within agreed timeframes and translating data into actionable recommendations for future campaigns

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management, ideally within an agency environment
• Demonstrated experience running campaigns across entertainment and lifestyle verticals
• Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer landscape, and major platforms
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, end-to-end, at a senior level
• Experience sourcing and negotiating directly with creators and talent agencies
• Solid understanding of FTC regulations, platform policies, and content compliance requirements
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing campaign budgets and cost efficiency metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear internal briefs, reports, and status updates
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail across documentation, contracts, and deliverables
• Comfortable working within a structured internal team model, interfacing across execution and client services functions
