As Senior Counsel, Procurement, you will support complex, high-value infrastructure projects by advising on sourcing, contracting, and project execution. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence key commercial relationships, and help build scalable legal processes in a rapidly expanding business.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of procurement, construction, engineering, and related commercial agreements supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
β’ Serve as a key legal partner to procurement, engineering, construction, real estate, finance, and operations teams throughout project development and execution.
β’ Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and technical service providers.
β’ Support project execution by advising on risk allocation.
β’ Manage outside counsel as needed,
β’ Advise on procurement and supplier compliance matters.
Must-Have Skills:
β’ J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
β’ 5+ years of legal experience focused on procurement, construction, infrastructure, or complex capital projects.
β’ Hands-on experience negotiating equipment supply and/or construction agreements.
β’ Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
β’ Exposure to global procurement matters.
β’ Background supporting large-scale development projects.
