Senior Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney with substantial experience in trusts and estates, tax, and commercial real estate to join our firm at the partner level. This position arises from the planned retirement of a senior attorney, and the incoming attorney will assume responsibility for an existing book of business currently generating approximately $500,000 annually.

While this transitioned book provides an immediate foundation, the firm strongly prefers a seasoned attorney who also brings a portable book of business and has the capability and desire to grow a sophisticated practice within a boutique platform.

We consider attorneys from across the United States, as our attorneys work remotely.

Practice Focus - The ideal candidate will have deep experience across many or all the following areas:
• Corporate & Business Counseling
• Trusts, Estates & Tax
• Commercial Real Estate

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 20+ years of sophisticated legal experience
• Prior partner-level or managing partner experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships
• Experience transitioning and retaining client relationships
• Portable book of business strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial, practical, and business-minded approach to law practice
• Comfortable operating in a lean, low-bureaucracy environment
