Project Overview We are an advisory and consulting firm serving real estate developers, private investment firms, and construction companies. We are seeking an experienced independent marketing consultant or senior copywriter to develop high-quality, executive-facing communication materials. This is a fast-turn, fixed-scope project with potential for ongoing advisory and writing work. Timeline Duration: 3–4 days from kickoff Start: Immediate Scope of Work & Deliverables 1. Company Introduction Email Templates 2–3 company introduction email templates Designed for warm or semi-warm introductions Executive-level tone (consultative, clear value, non-salesy) 1 revision included 4.
