Senior Copywriter (Fully Remote)
Description: • Own PadSplit’s content strategy across web, blog, and social channels to drive growth and visibility. • Co-manage the editorial calendar and align content plans with business goals and seasonal opportunities. • Create full-funnel content that supports every stage of the customer journey. • Develop gated assets and high-converting landing pages to generate qualified leads. • Lead SEO initiatives and execute multi-channel distribution strategies to expand reach and inbound demand. • Leverage research and customer insights to refine messaging and uncover content opportunities. • Partner with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency. • Track KPIs, test content performance, and build scalable production processes. • Write, edit, and produce persuasive content that supports business objectives and audience engagement. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in content marketing with a strong track record of execution. • Ability to build and scale content programs end-to-end from strategy through execution. • Experience partnering with product, growth, design, and leadership teams. • Background creating content for marketplaces or multi-audience B2C/B2B environments. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms. • Data-driven, self-starting approach with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement. • Adaptable, curious, and creative mindset with experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments. • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
