The right person for this job is going to be able to spot opportunities others miss, take ownership of them, and make the work (and the people around it) better.What You’ll Do:Craft headlines and copy that are sharp, original, and impossible to ignoreWrite scripts across formats—broadcast, digital, social, and everything in betweenTranslate strategy into compelling creative ideas and cohesive campaign systemsBuild narratives that carry across channels and scale across platformsCollaborate with art directors, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to lifeTake ownership of projects from concept through executionWhat You Bring:Professional experience in copywriting or content within an agency or comparable creative environment (typically 7-10 years), or equivalent experience demonstrating similar scope and impactA portfolio demonstrating a range of work, including campaign thinkingUnderstanding of brand voice, tone, and storytelling across different mediaAbility to connect strategy to creative outputStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage projects and contribute both independently and as part of a teamA thoughtful point of view grounded in strategy, with the ability to bring others alongNice to Have:Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple channelsA knack for finding the simplest, most powerful way to say somethingCuriosity about culture, trends, and what makes people pay attentionWhat Success Looks Like:You don’t just write lines—you create ideas that travel.
