Senior Content Producer, Creative & Production: Digital Brand Marketing
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Content Producer, Creative & Production: Digital Brand Marketing to join the fast growing Digital Marketing Team. The role is based in New Brunswick, NJ with flexibility for remote work within the NJ/NY/PA area.

We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated Senior Producer at the forefront of crafting ground breaking organic and paid social content that strategically brings stories into the social zeitgeist, all while having a keen interest in production & operations. Whether it's creating a compelling short-form series unraveling the intricacies of precision medicine and its life-saving impact, or developing high-concept spots that artfully blend the realms of art and science, our mission is clear ? let's make content that resonates, captivates, and elevates our brand equity to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative:
Lead the development, execution, and post-production of compelling short-form content (video, design, and photography), collaborating with freelancers and boutique production companies.
Infuse performance insights into content creation by collaborating with the internal strategy team, ensuring content impact across various social media channels backed by data-driven decision making.
Develop clear and detailed creative briefs, maintaining consistent alignment with Johnson & Johnson's brand goals, voice, and narrative.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to optimize content for enhanced engagement across social media platforms.
Explore and implement new content formats and approaches aligned with emerging trends on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
Production:
Manage the end-to-end content production process, using tools like Airtable for seamless budget and timeline management. This role will also support broader department operations, project management, and campaign oversight.
Ensure all delivery dates are met, projects deliver on scope, revisions are handled in allotted number of review rounds.
Responsible for updating production calendars or other project management software to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience on a digital marketing team creating social-first content.
Diverse industry backgrounds welcome (entertainment, brand-side, lifestyle, agency, etc.).
Portfolio showcasing digital-first approaches in video or design (content + commercials welcome).
Expertise across major social platforms and ability to adapt creatively to social and cultural trends.
3-5 years of project management/budget + operations experience.
Proven track record to optimize systems and processes with a bias for action and innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel to content capture shoots (North America + Global)
Preferred:
Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Familiarity with on-set production
The base pay range for this position is $97,000- $166,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
