We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As a content strategy expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that engage, educate, and expand our field services audience. Your exceptional content creation, editing, and collaboration skills will help drive business growth and reinforce our brand's thought leadership in the industry.

Role Description

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:



Content Strategy: Develop and implement scalable content strategies aligned with our global targets, product releases, and ideal customer profile.


Content Creation: Produce high-quality, compelling copy across various formats, including campaign assets, blogs, emails, annual reports, and long-form content.


Content Editing: Oversee the quality and consistency of our content, ensuring it is clear, engaging, and valuable to our audience.


Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including campaigns, design, product marketing, and field-facing teams, to create cohesive and compelling content pieces.


Research and Interviews: Conduct thorough research and interviews with customers to gather insights and inform content that resonates with our audience.


SEO Content Pipeline: Manage the creation and update of SEO-optimized content, working closely with our SEO Strategist and web team.


Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external contractors and agencies, including budgeting, delivery deadlines, and quality control.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and editing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies, particularly in field services management.


A clear understanding of how AI can enhance content strategy and a willingness to test and integrate new tools.


Exceptional content strategy skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of content flow.


Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).


Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


A creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for driving business growth through content marketing.
