As a Senior Content Designer - Payments, you will:
Design clear, intuitive product experiences that minimize friction and maximize engagement
Develop strategic content solutions that speak to a global audience, addressing payment issues and opportunities
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable content design solutions
Collaborate with our Globalization team to ensure our product is amazing worldwide
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or short-form digital writing
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
Strategic thinking, with a focus on systems and scalability
Experience with payments, consumer products, and global brands
Comfort with A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback-driven iteration
Mastery of AP style and the confidence to adapt to our unique voice
Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
