About the Company Workwarp, in collaboration with Netflix, is seeking an exceptional Senior Content Designer to drive the Acquisition team's content strategy. As a remote team member, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative group of Content Designers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Consumer Researchers. The Role As a Senior Content Designer for Acquisition, you'll be responsible for using language and design to inspire people worldwide to join the Netflix community. You'll work on multiple projects simultaneously, providing concepting, content strategy, and writing from early ideation to final execution. Your expertise will help shape the user experience, driving business value while delighting our global audience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies that drive user acquisition and retention across Mobile, Web, and TV platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Consumer Researchers to test new ideas and approaches. Concept, write, and design content that informs, educates, guides, and delights our users, while creating business value. Initiate innovation projects and identify opportunities to elevate the quality of existing projects' communications. Work closely with Globalization to ensure our product is amazing around the world. Your Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of creative leadership, superior communication skills, and a passion for user experience design and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications 5 years of relevant writing experience in Content Strategy, Marketing, or UX Writing. Outstanding communication, presentation, and people skills. Mastery of AP style, with the confidence to know when to break the rules. Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with A/B testing and experiment design. Background in developing scalable language frameworks. Skills and Competencies Ability to write copy that converts and adapt your writing style to communicate the value of a Netflix membership to a global audience. Use words and tone of voice to bring products to life and align with our brand personality. Storytelling skills to craft and orchestrate cohesive narratives across channels. Systems thinking to develop scalable language frameworks. Productive communication with visual thinkers and the ability to advocate for your point of view in a candid, feedback-driven culture.
