Responsibilities
• Deliver structured leadership and personal development programs (training provided)
• Communicate professionally with individuals seeking growth and guidance
• Manage warm leads via phone and email
• Create and share educational or marketing-style content to support engagement
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development
• Follow established systems and processes to ensure consistent outcomes
Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in coaching, training, leadership, education, consulting, or related roles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using digital tools and managing remote workflow
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
Compensation & Structure
• Independent contractor role (1099) – not salaried or hourly
• Earnings vary based on individual performance
• No cold calling or hard selling
• Training and ongoing support provided
