Responsibilities • Lead complex Identity Management consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are met within agreed timelines and budgets. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to address specific challenges. • Provide strategic advice and insightful recommendations based on thorough data analysis and market research. • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance. • Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Prepare and present engaging and impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on strategic initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform consulting practices and enhance service offerings. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a proven track record in delivering successful projects. • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow. • A minimum of 3 years of experience with advanced coding Languages such as Java. • SailPoint IdentityNow professional and engineering certifications must be obtained within three months of the start date. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in crafting impactful presentations. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software, with a knack for leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
