As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars, etc.) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company. Responsibilities • Execute project assignments including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications. • Take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. • Contribute actively to knowledge creation and exchange within the business units. Requirements • Master's degree. • 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD). • Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions. • Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial. • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills. • Passionate about Energy.
