Senior Consultant – CTO Advisory – GenAI, Copilots and AI Agents

Job Description: • DEFINE A STRATEGY FOR INTEGRATING COPILOTS AND AI AGENTS: Support CTOs and business teams in identifying opportunities offered by AI agents such as Microsoft Copilot or autonomous agents. • DESIGN AND DEPLOY TAILORED AI SOLUTIONS: Develop bespoke solutions by leveraging the advanced capabilities of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure Cognitive Services. • SUPPORT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Facilitate design thinking workshops to co‑create solutions with stakeholders. • LEAD AI PROJECTS FOR OUR CLIENTS: Build and maintain trusted client relationships while managing projects autonomously. • INNOVATE AND DEVELOP THE OFFERING: Contribute to the development of our Microsoft Copilot and AI agents offering in collaboration with our experts. Requirements: • Professional experience in consulting on Generative AI within the employee work environment (Digital Workplace), with a particular focus on copilots, AI agents and process automation. • Strong familiarity with Microsoft tools and technologies, especially the Microsoft Copilot suite; knowledge of Power Platform or Azure Cognitive Services is a plus. • Ability to define and lead upstream projects or integrate GenAI solutions into the employee work environment. • Comfortable supporting change, uniting teams, and upskilling employees. • Commercial awareness and/or experience in sales. • Fluent professional English. • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and internationally.
