Shape the future of Life Sciences The Senior Consultant will play a key part in leading project execution, shaping strategic insights, and driving impactful solutions for our life sciences clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Project Leadership • Lead multiple project teams to design and execute custom quantitative market research studies across the life sciences product life cycle. • Strategic Insight Delivery • Translate complex business needs into clear, data-backed recommendations through strong problem-solving and communication. • Workstream Coordination • Oversee internal workflows to ensure on-time delivery, team alignment, and excellence in execution. • Ownership and Initiative • Demonstrate a proactive mindset, take initiative, and thrive in an environment that offers autonomy and encourages exceeding expectations. • Business Growth Contribution • Drive client satisfaction by consistently delivering quality work and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. • Innovation and Internal Impact • Contribute to internal initiatives focused on enhancing service offerings, tools, and organizational efficiency. • Mentorship and Team Development • Support the growth of junior team members through coaching, feedback, and collaboration across geographies. Qualifications: Background Technical Ability Communication Work Ethic Preferred Skills • 3+ years of primary market research consulting • Bachelors or Masters degree in life sciences and/or quantitative field • Capability and confidence in preparing and delivering analytically robust, data driven strategic stories. • Advanced level of proficiency to communicate compelling recommendations. • Adaptability: thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail: high standards for accuracy and quality. • Life Sciences industry experience • Healthcare market intelligence functions What is the recruitment process?
