Overview: Exciting Opportunity with Konica Minolta in Canada Remote role - preferably in the Mississauga, Ontario are but open across Canada Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and customer stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and understanding of unique business needs. Lead the design and implementation/delivery of AI solutions, AI Training, Adoption, or Assessments, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, adhering to IT Weapons and Industry best practices with a strong focus on generating measurable business value and positive ROI from all AI initiatives Consult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to execute comprehensive solutions. Be an ambassador of IT Weapons message and culture to colleagues and customers Foster and maintain positive relationships with other teams in the organization Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets daily Constant focus on improving IT Weapons Design and Build standards Collaborate with customers to understand business processes to uncover opportunities for automation or improvements Maintain an agile mindset with a constant focus on delivering the right solution for the customer Assist with providing project scope and designing solutions Assist the Solutions Architecture team with developing Statements of Work and proposals including solution overview, consulting estimates, software/license requirements Act as a senior technical resource and escalation point for members of the Consulting teams Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities through AI-driven solutions Ensure the application of responsible AI practices, including strong data‑privacy protections, bias identification and mitigation, and ethical AI use, while adhering to established AI governance frameworks and security standards to safeguard customer data, maintain compliance, and support trustworthy AI deployment Participate in the initiation and execution of research & development (R&D) initiatives Maintain relevant certifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Stay up‑to‑date on the Microsoft AI roadmap and ecosystem, while maintaining a broad understanding of industry AI trends and alternative technologies to ensure well‑informed solution recommendations and to drive continuous innovation within the practice Conduct usage and adoption analytics, prompt tuning, and feedback loops to improve AI agent performance Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-based managed services Develop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for AI Solution engagements Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, Microsoft Cloud & Modern Work, the Senior Consultant - AI is an expert in Artificial Intelligence technologies, with extensive knowledge and experience. The Senior Consultant – AI is to design, deliver, and support advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions that help clients accelerate innovation, enhance productivity, and realize measurable business outcomes. They are accountable for leading hands on solution development, providing expert guidance to clients, and contributing to the growth of the AI portfolio within the organization. The Senior Consultant – AI will achieve this by applying deep expertise across AI, machine learning, data platforms, and Microsoft Cloud services, selecting the appropriate mix of code‑based and low‑/no‑code solutions to deliver scalable, high‑caliber outcomes. This role will work closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with the company’s priorities. The Senior Consultant – AI may also be required to participate in the service design process for AI based offerings, support pre sales activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices. The Senior Consultant – AI will be responsible delivering a variety of customer‑facing presentations, including interactive workshops, product demonstrations, webinars, and live events, to showcase the value of AI solutions and drive meaningful business outcomes OTHER SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS Relevant technical certifications highly desirable: Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot-related training/certifications Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with the MSP service delivery models and managed services packaging Qualifications: University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are encouraged 10+ Years experience executing technical implementations 7+ Years experience leading technical implementations Proven assessment, design, planning documentation, and implementation experience 7+ Years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, Teams, Microsoft Graph and Azure OpenAI. Expert-level experience deploying AI and Business Process Automation solutions in customer environments and a strong understanding of deployment options with the Microsoft solution portfolio Experience with N8N and Zapier experience are considered a strong plus Proven experience delivering solutions in mid-market and enterprise customers Large, complex project management experience Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement Extensive experience delivering customer-facing training and enablement Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity solutions and how they impact Copilot and AI integrations Experience with data governance, information architecture, and optimizing data access for AI workloads Familiarity with prompt engineering, conversational design, or Copilot Studio is a strong plus.
