The mission is to design and implement scalable, compliant systems that handle sensitive personal and health information (PII/PHI) across regions. This role requires strong backend development expertise in C#/.NET, cloud integration with Azure, and familiarity with modern UI frameworks like Blazor for internal tool development. This position is remote, but you must be based in Portugal or Spain.
