The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and applications on AWS public cloud environments using a DevOps mindset. You will bring world-class cloud-native infrastructure and automation expertise to implement solutions for deployment, monitoring, and remediation in an automated fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive automation of infrastructure and platform services in Public Clouds (AWS, GCP, and Azure) using Terraform and Ansible
Architect new solutions with development for infrastructure and platform
Design and manage Continuous Deployment using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Jenkins
Monitor applications and services within environments and participate in on-call rotations to resolve issues and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences
Set up intelligent application performance alerts in observability tools to identify and fix issues before they impact business services and end-users
Stay up-to-date with technologies outside your expertise to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
6-7 years of experience deploying and automating infrastructure in public cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
In-depth hands-on experience with at least one public Cloud platform
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Experience with Continuous Deployment tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.)
Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools for SaaS (Sumo, Splunk, Datadog, etc.)
Understanding of cloud-based web applications and interest in measuring, analyzing, and improving distributed systems
