Your role involves mentoring engineers, conducting detailed code reviews, and leading technical discussions to drive the team forward. You will take ownership of significant parts of the codebase, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You are also expected to provide technical leadership, influence the team’s technical direction, and play a key role in identifying potential areas for improvement.
