About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across our organization. As a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based systems. You'll work closely with our development teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Assess cloud services and architecture to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Implement automation tools and frameworks for automated code deployment (CI/CD) and work with the development team to deliver and manage tools that support SDLC automation, setup management, and delivery management. Understand technical models with automation to support complex delivery across a wide range of digital and enterprise applications. Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud infrastructure and establish procedures and standards to ensure high-quality and quantity of work. Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work with a focus on getting work done and communicate with stakeholders to specify requirements and solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. Act as a subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure, performing design reviews and consulting with teams to ensure design best practices. Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes and may perform other job duties as directed by management. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls. Experience with GitOps pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies. Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with AWS services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon S3.
