Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist
E-logic is seeking a Senior Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist to champion security engineering, platform compliance, and resilience for the Internal Revenue Services (IRS)'s initiative. This role requires an expert-level understanding of federal security framework implementations in highly locked-down cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the ongoing authorization, mapping, and continuous monitoring of security controls required to maintain an active Authorization to Operate (ATO) in a FedRAMP High environment.
ā¢ Design, simulate, and execute advanced incident response, disaster recovery, and operational threat-hunting playbooks under Task 4.
ā¢ Oversee automated vulnerability scans (static/dynamic code analysis, container scanning, configuration drift) and prioritize remediation protocols across all platform layers.
ā¢ Collaborate with inbound agency tenants to validate their architectural security posture before granting production deployment pipeline access.
Qualifications & Experience
ā¢ Minimum 5+ years of direct experience engineering and managing security within FedRAMP High environments.
ā¢ Deep mastery of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and federal cloud security compliance mandates.
ā¢ CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent high-level security certifications are highly preferred.
ā¢ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain federal Public Trust or higher.
