Key Responsibilities Support the execution of new or updated services and procedural changes, and ensure the overall effectiveness of the team Provide feedback and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support impact Perform complex client care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of policy to less experienced Client Care Agents and provide guidance to meet defined productivity and performance objectives Collaborate with the immediate team and communicate with other departments to resolve client issues Recommend areas requiring improvement and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction Engage with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide support Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution At least 4 years of client support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Strong client care skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Access The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Access Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of financial services and products Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
