Conduct thorough investigations of complex bodily injury claims, utilizing knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to reach fair and cost-effective settlements for customers.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when interacting with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with a team of claims professionals to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of claims and related activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve claims resolution processes.
Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious claims to appropriate parties.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, attorneys, and medical professionals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-notch results and exceeding customer expectations.
Coach and mentor junior claims professionals, providing guidance and support.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve processes and provide excellent customer service.
