Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project oversight. Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one US state is required. A **Pennsylvania** PE license is a plus but not mandatory for this remote role. Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
