Senior Case Benefit Specialist (Operations) - Remote Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Benefit Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. As a Senior Case Benefit Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with it. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving complex, sensitive, and specialized cases in accordance with state-driven experience handling guidelines. You may be required to learn multiple Medicaid plans and have experience in claims processing. Required Qualifications:
2 years of clinical claims handling experience (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
Experience in a production environment
Analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems, including claims processing software
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and keyboard navigation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
QNXT claims handling experience
Experience with Edifecs
