Position Synopsis
As a Senior Case Advocate (Operations), you will review, analyze, and resolve complex and sensitive cases, adhering to state-driven experience handling guidelines. You may gain proficiency with multiple Medicaid plans. Claims processing experience is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in clinical case handling (Business, Medicaid, Government Healthcare, etc.)
Proven experience working in a production environment.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, particularly in areas like disputed claims.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency with computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.


Preferred Skills

Experience with QNXT claims processing systems
Experience with case management systems
Experience with Edifecs data
