This is not a desk job. We are looking for a proven closer who is already trusted inside hospitals, TCUs, senior care communities and the broader senior care ecosystem. If discharge planners call you first, you are exactly who we want.
Who We're Looking For
You are the right person if you can say yes to all of this:
ā¢ You have 3+ years in senior care sales, healthcare liaison, or business development and you have the referral relationships and a track record to back it up.
ā¢ You are a natural connector. You build trust fast, follow through consistently, and understand that in this industry, your reputation is everything.
ā¢ You can manage a pipeline. You track your activity, own your outcomes, and do not need a manager telling you where to be.
ā¢ You genuinely care about families in crisis. Not as a sales tactic. You understand what is at stake and you show up accordingly.
What You Will Do
ā¢ Own and grow a referral network across hospitals, TCUs, home health agencies, hospice organizations, elder law attorneys, and physician practices in the Twin Cities metro.
ā¢ Be the primary contact for discharge planners, social workers, and case managers navigating senior care transitions.
ā¢ Guide families through the senior care decision process with honesty, expertise, and genuine support. Oasis is a no-cost service. Your job is to match, not sell.
ā¢ Meet families where they are, in hospitals, facilities, or their homes, and conduct thorough needs assessments.
ā¢ Represent Oasis at community events, senior fairs, and healthcare networking opportunities to build long-term visibility.
ā¢ Log activity in our CRM and contribute to the team's overall referral goals.
The Opportunity

This role offers:
ā¢ Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation averaging between $70,000 - $150,00 in your first year.
