Manages direct mail programs, HCP initiatives, brand meetings, and vendor operations.Core ResponsibilitiesManage print/field asset needs for mailings, RM programs, and adherence programs.Primary POC for channel print distribution and quantity planning.Lead brand strategy, operations, launch meetings.Oversee implementations, vendor operations, and post‑launch reporting.Collaborate with agencies to deploy templated assets.Ensure compliance (FUSE, FDA submissions, 48‑hr PI, state laws).Produce metrics, WPDs, operational reports.Liaise with IT, Knipper, CRM teams, and distribution partners.Support conventions, NSM, lit codes, brand codes, and field operations.Education & ExperienceBA/BS or equivalent10+ years fulfillment operations experienceExperience leading 3+ implementations simultaneouslySkillsHigh attention to detail, collaboration, compliance rigor, stakeholder communication.EPIIC Values:All positions at Amplity have a responsibility to demonstrate our EPIIC Values in order to uphold our high-service standards.Excellence: We set high standards.
