Responsibilities
Ā Engage with producers and regulatory bodies regarding missing or incomplete commissions.

Ā Perform audits related to commission payments and ensure proper entries to the general ledger.

Ā Analyze regulations to establish required appointment fees for producers to ensure compliance.
,
Ā Make independent decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations.
,
Ā Research and analyze financial information for internal and external audits.
,
Ā Act as the primary contact for resolving commission payment issues.
,
Ā Set up and audit contracts in the systems to ensure timely and correct payments.
,
Ā Organize workload and manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
,
Ā Perform analysis focused on control and prevention of issues.
,
Ā Assist in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
,
Ā Collaborate with commissions, compliance, and financial reporting teams to maintain data handling processes.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ā 5 or more years of technical experience
,
Ā 1 or more years of financial analysis and/or reporting experience
,
Ā Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & Access
,
Ā Proficient knowledge of VBA, SQL, and SQL Server, including SSIS
,
Ā Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
,
Ā Experience working with large amounts of data
,
Ā Ability to partner with peers to review needs and solutions
,
Ā Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences and IT
,
