Senior Business System Analyst - Finance

Duties and responsibilities:Analyzing business scenarios and product requirements, communicating with foreign partners and customers.Designing new features and create functional specifications, analyzing backward compatibility of product changes, negotiate specifications with all stakeholders.Driving the whole process of features implementation that implies collaboration with developers and test engineers.Decomposing the changes in the product and setting the tasks for developers, coordinating implementation details and possible changes to the original requirements.Interacting with automated testing engineers and technical writers within the project under development.Comparing functional specifications with actual changes in the product, performing acceptance testing and verifying corrected errors.Creating test scenarios that check the compliance of the product functionality with the requirements set.Maintenance: processing support requests, manual verification of the fixed bugs.Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks, information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics and Informatics.Fluent English.Experience in system analysis, development of functional specifications for the new system’s functionality, creating workflow diagrams - for 5+ years.Experience in the following domains: Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping – for 3+ yearsExperience in writing functional specifications in English.Experience working with both developers and usersexperience with performing manual acceptance testing of the new functionality, writing test scenarios.Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.Ability to clearly express thoughts, structure big amounts of information, decompose objects and processes.Ability to adhere to the designated priorities and focus on results.Desire to learn new things and improve professional skills.Ability to build constructive communication with colleagues, share information and experience.Would be a huge plus: project management experience.Optional: experience in implementation/support of ERP systems.We offer:Private health insurancePerformance bonusesFull work equipment (Laptop, mouse, headphones, etc)Great opportunities for career growthWe are open to work from home, hybrid or fully on site working model from our office in Belgrade***The title and salary will be discussed with a successful candidate depending on the level of experience.
