Senior Business Intelligence (BI) / Power BI Analyst
You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Responsibilities
• Develop scalable star-schema models and reusable datasets for enterprise reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into BI solutions.
• Optimize Power BI datasets for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with data engineering teams to refine Snowflake schemas and pipelines.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data modeling roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience designing or supporting self-service analytics environments.
• Expertise in data modeling principles and relational database management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of enterprise information management processes and metadata management.
• Experience in data-focused projects, such as migrating from legacy systems.
