Job Description
Key areas of responsibilities:
ā¢ Analyze and understand State requirements.
ā¢ Participate as subject matter expert of source data, develop data catalogue, and perform user acceptance testing for Digital Services program.
ā¢ Provide expertise for data sharing, data visualization, and understand, configure, and enforce access rules.
ā¢ Understand KPIs and present related data in a meaningful way.
ā¢ Help establish frequency and schedule of data extraction, review data quality, and adhere to transformation rules.
ā¢ Develop reports, dashboards, and visualize data in a meaningful way based on given requirements.
ā¢ Participate in project briefing and brainstorming.
ā¢ Using detailed and general knowledge of the end-to-end workings of how systems work, assist in any testing, trouble-shooting, and help implement fixes to resolve poorly functioning processes.
ā¢ Assist in solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
ā¢ Five+ years of relevant experience in the following:
ā¢ Extracting data from source system to target data warehouse.
ā¢ Data analysis, quality, and reporting.
ā¢ Expert knowledge of Power BI data visualization and analysis tools.
ā¢ Ability to read and follow regulatory requirements on State and Federal levels.
ā¢ Strong information architecture and integration strategy skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
