In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads from families and students interested in our programs, while also conducting outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities. As one of the first touchpoints with our prospective clients, you’ll set the tone for their experience and play a vital role in building a strong pipeline for our sales team.This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’ll gain exposure to both inbound and outbound sales motions, sharpen your communication skills, and lay the foundation for a career in sales, business development, or beyond.What You’ll Do
Qualify inbound leads by engaging with families and students, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for Inspira’s services
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage new prospective families and students
Research and identify high-quality accounts to expand Inspira’s outreach efforts
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Enrollment Managers to drive new business opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies
Accurately track and manage all activities, conversations, and pipeline data in our CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets related to qualified meetings and pipeline creation
Represent Inspira’s mission and values with empathy and professionalism in every interaction
Who You Are
1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a resilient mindset
Comfortable balancing inbound responsiveness with outbound prospecting in a fast-paced environment
A curious learner who asks thoughtful questions, takes feedback, and adapts quickly
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
Excited about Inspira’s mission to help students and families unlock life-changing opportunities through education
The targeted pay range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 OTE. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location.
