- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on analytics
- Partner with various teams across the organization to drive key decisions
- Develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan for solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Technology proficiency to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
- Successful track record in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Masters Degree in Business or quantitative field
- Experience in Statistical model building, market research, SQL querying, business analysis, and consulting
