Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Business Analyst to act as the vital link between our business requirements and technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the data and the leadership team, ensuring that project outcomes align with our Strategic Planning and deliver Maximized Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management: Lead the full lifecycle of Requirements Gathering, Elicitation, and Requirements Analysis. You will be responsible for creating high-quality Documentation that guides technical development.
Process Optimization: Conduct thorough Workflow Analysis and Gap Analysis to drive Business Process Improvement (BPI).
Modeling & Strategy: Develop robust Business Process Modeling and Data Modeling frameworks. Perform ROI Analysis to justify project scope and investments.
System Analysis & Testing: Define System Requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless System Integration.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize SQL for data querying and BI Tools (currently Sigma) to create visualizations that provide Actionable Insights and track Key Performance Indicators.
