Senior Business Analyst

What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-focused Business Analyst to join an established organization that puts data-driven culture at the forefront.This Analyst will be instrumental in designing and developing BI reports and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and ensure the accuracy and availability of data systems. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proven technical proficiency. Location: Hybrid - Orlando, Florida, US or Remote, US✅ ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor analytics systems to ensure high availability and timely data delivery.Gather business reporting requirements from stakeholders to build effective data solutions and insights.Develop comprehensive user stories and profiles to guide analytics solutions.Design, test, and implement Power BI dashboards and scripts for data analysis and visualization.Schedule and automate processes for updating datasets and distributing reports.Build and manage data repositories for both existing and new data sources.Create intuitive data visualizations that enhance understanding and user experience.Collaborate with the team to evaluate and recommend BI tools that best meet business needs.Troubleshoot and analyze data, working closely with Engineering to improve data structures, dictionaries, and data flows.
