Job Description

The Senior Brand & Digital Consultant will develop and implement advanced talent brand, attraction and engagement solutions that enable clients to enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the client’s employer brand. The key result area for this position is to be revenue generating – being fully conversant and largely self-sufficient in the delivery of all the Brand Practices products and services. Working within the Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice this is a chance to be at the cutting edge of our industry.
Responsibilities

- Routinely scope, convert and own project delivery in the range of $25K-$100K, such as competitor reviews of marketing activity, photoshoots and filming, integrated attraction campaigns, and components of large brand projects, for example: running focus groups or draft EVP strategy, with support from Director - Brand Strategy.

- Day to day, requires limited guidance from leaders on all core products and services, fully understands invoicing, accounting, and reporting, product value propositions, and accountabilities required for high quality outputs (budget, high quality work, and client satisfaction) for complex annual programs, research, brand strategy, creative and design, managed services, tactical campaigns.

- High visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders, typically Manager level in the areas of sales, solutions, business development, leading to ongoing Client Development opportunities, where an audit may help open a careers site conversation, or sharing a thought leadership article on content marketing might get you a client meeting.

- Write strategic creative briefs with limited oversight and to director satisfaction, with support in sharpening the proposition with Brand Strategy leader support.

- Invest in personal brand reputation, contribute to internal and external blogs, white papers and webinars.

- Gather Market and Talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies.

- Measure and maximize ROI on all projects, ensure tracking of campaigns is properly set up and reported. Provide data to teams accurately and efficiently, with key insights overlaid for governance and continuous improvement purposes.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:

- Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency). Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- Strong understanding of talent marketing at least one key area is required, EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, recruitment marketing technology.

- Translate best practice into relevant, practical and effective solutions and products.
